Premier League – Victor Muñoz scores to draw Liverpool 2-2 with Nottingham Forest

In another key match of the second round of the 2026/27 Premier League season, Liverpool, playing at Anfield, came from behind to draw 2-2 with Nottingham Forest after goals from Isak and Victor Muñoz.

Six minutes into the game, Liverpool created an attacking opportunity when Wirtz played a through ball into the penalty area, but Gakpo's shot was saved by Neco Williams. In the 11th minute, Nottingham Forest winger Ndoye headed the ball across, and Igor Jesus' close-range shot was cleared by Jeremy Jacquet.

Liverpool ultimately drew 2-2 with Nottingham Forest at home.
