Leeds United are expected to play to their strengths against Brentford's Dominic Calvert-Lewin at home.

Leeds United will host Brentford at Elland Road in the second round of the 2026/27 Premier League season, marking Daniel Falk's team's first home game of the new season. Dominic Calvert-Lewin stated in an interview that he believes his team will capitalize on their home advantage.

Leeds United secured a 1-0 victory over Nottingham Forest in their opening Premier League match of the new season, thanks to a goal from Anton Stahel. Earlier, in the second round of the English League Cup, Leeds United also defeated Nottingham Forest 2-0, with goals from Daniel James and James Justin.

Leeds United striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin said: "We got off to a very good start, which is exactly what we wanted to see. I think we knew at the time that playing Nottingham Forest would be a very tough test, especially playing them twice away from home. We were able to get through those two hurdles, which is a great start."

For Brentford, Keith Andrews secured a 3-0 victory over Tottenham Hotspur in their opening Premier League match.
