Daniel Jebsen admitted that he is fully prepared and ready to step up whenever the team needs him.

Bournemouth striker Daniel Jebsen is ready to seize any opportunity given to him by his manager. With Bournemouth set to face Lincoln City in the League Cup, Jebsen is eager to get playing time and prove his worth at the Vitality Stadium.  

Since the start of the season, this forward has remained patient, waiting for his chance to prove himself. He has also kept himself in peak condition, ensuring he can step up and assist the head coach whenever the team needs him.  

Daniel Jebsen said, "I'm ready now, and I know I need to be patient. I believe the opportunity will come sooner or later, and whether it's a full game, a few minutes, or a short appearance, I will do my best to seize it. Right now, I just need to focus on what's in front of me and do my job every day step by step."  

The striker, who has previously left Bournemouth twice on loan to gain more playing time, believes these experiences will allow him to enter the 2026/27 season more maturely and contribute to the team. The 23-year-old Jebsen now hopes to refocus on Vitality Stadium and establish himself in the squad. During his loan spells, he gained valuable experience through consistent playing time.  

Daniel Jebsen said, "Sometimes, I don't even realize I'm only 23, but judging from my current physical condition, I can clearly feel that I have the ability to help the team this season. Now I have a certain amount of game experience, and I'm ready to come back to the team and hope to earn a place here through my own efforts."  

“Whenever the coach gives me a chance to play, I have to make sure I can maintain a good performance and play as much as possible in the game. All I need to do is focus on my strengths. Of course there is competition for positions within the team, and I really enjoy that environment. I think there is nothing wrong with healthy competition; on the contrary, it can push me to perform better. I also hope that my teammates can continue to improve themselves in this competition. We currently have a full squad, including many young and very promising players.”
