In the 2025/26 NBA regular season, Klay Thompson played 69 games for the Dallas Mavericks, averaging 11.7 points per game with a 39.3% field goal percentage and a 38.3% three-point percentage. Unfortunately, the Dallas Mavericks missed the playoffs that season.

It's worth mentioning that Klay Thompson won four NBA championships during his career while playing for the Golden State Warriors.

"I want to compete for the championship, not necessarily to win it, but at least to have the opportunity to compete and try to win it," said 36-year-old Klay Thompson.

“He can do anything on the court and has almost no weaknesses. Because early in his career, especially in his first few Finals appearances, his jump shot was a bit inconsistent. But by the time we actually played against him, his jump shot from the left wing had become very consistent.”
