Maresca celebrates a winning start to his Premier League managerial career: "It's a perfect day."

In the opening match of the new Premier League season, Manchester City hosted Bournemouth and ultimately came from behind to defeat their opponents 2-1, thanks to two crucial late goals. This victory marked Enzo Maresca's first Premier League win in charge of Manchester City.

Despite securing a crucial opening victory, Maresca remains clear-headed about the team's tactical development: "People usually judge everything by wins and losses, but in my opinion, the team's current state is not significantly different from last week."

“We are still exploring and refining our lineup, which is why I tried playing Gueye in midfield. The long season has just begun, and we need to find more tactical solutions, as well as the continued support from the outside world and the fans.”
