Hugo Duro: We can't let the loss change our mindset; everyone must stay focused and keep going.

After Valencia's home defeat to Real Sociedad in the 7th round of La Liga, striker Hugo Duro gave an interview to the club and talked about the team's performance.  

Hugo Duro said: "This result is really disappointing. I think the team played quite well overall today. Everyone put in a lot of effort and created a lot of scoring opportunities. Unfortunately, we failed to convert our chances into goals, and we gave the opponent opportunities due to our own mistakes in two transitions. These mistakes could have been completely avoided, and it is truly regrettable that this result was the result."  

"If we play ten games like this in a row, I think we might only lose one, and today just happened to be that one. However, we can't let this loss change our attitude; everyone must continue to maintain this momentum and move forward. At the same time, we also want to thank the fans for their continued support; they are really important to us."

We gave our all on the field, and at one point the game even looked like we had a chance to continue to fight for victory, but then we suffered a heavy blow. Our responsibility is to help Valencia get back to where it belongs. We will have high-intensity training for the next two weeks, and we look forward to traveling to Sardinero Stadium to play and take three points.”
