Xtreme Gaming announces new season roster: Xm and XinQ return alongside Ame.

Chinese Dota 2 team Xtreme Gaming (XG) has officially announced its roster for the 2026-2027 season.

Xm and XinQ, core members who helped the team reach the TI 2025 finals, have officially returned and reunited with carry player Ame.

The other two players on the new roster are zeal (often a position 3 player) and BoBoKa (who has moved to position 5), while former assistant coach Maps has been promoted to head coach. Previously, XG had terminated contracts with NothingToSay, Xxs, fy, xNova, and coach LaNm from last season, confirming their strategy of rebuilding the team around Ame.

This roster change stems from XG's defeat at TI 2026 in Shanghai this August. As the previous runner-up, XG was eliminated in the final group stage match against Team Resilience, along with two other Chinese teams, resulting in no domestic teams appearing on the main stage of the playoffs.

Faced with defeat, XG has opted to rebuild its roster, hoping to improve its performance in the new competition cycle. The club has already received direct invitations to the first two top-tier tournaments of the new season.

XG's new roster will compete in PGL Wallachia Season 9 on September 17th, followed by BLAST Slam VIII on September 29th. The reorganized XG will use this as a starting point to begin their new season journey.
