Pedro Neto has signed a contract extension with Chelsea, extending his contract until 2032.

Chelsea have officially announced that Portuguese international Pedro Neto has signed a contract extension with the club, extending his partnership until 2032. Since joining Stamford Bridge two years ago, Pedro Neto has made 108 appearances for Chelsea, directly contributing to 40 goals in the process.  

Over the past year, Pedro Neto was a key player in Chelsea's two major trophy wins, lifting the UEFA Europa League trophy and the FIFA Club World Cup. In the Club World Cup, he scored three goals, making a significant contribution to the team's ultimate victory.  

So far this season, 26-year-old Pedro Neto has scored two goals for Chelsea, including a brilliant goal against Leeds United on Wednesday, which helped the team quickly turn the tide and complete the comeback in the English League Cup.  

After renewing his contract and staying with the club, Pedro Neto said: "This is undoubtedly a very special moment. Since I came here, I have received tremendous support from everyone at the club. I have felt at home here, and I hope to continue wearing the Chelsea jersey and help the team win more honors in the future."

Pedro Neto joined Chelsea from Wolverhampton Wanderers in August 2024, quickly integrating into the team and becoming a key player. With his help, Chelsea won two trophies that season. Highlights of his time at Chelsea include scoring his first Premier League goal against Arsenal and netting the winning goal against Fulham at Craven Cottage, securing three points and ultimately qualifying for the Champions League.
