FlyQuest re-signed sniper aliStair to fill the void left by Story's departure.

FlyQuest's CS2 team announced on Tuesday that it has brought back 28-year-old Australian sniper Alistair Johnston (ID: aliStair) from THUNDER dOWNUNDER. All indications suggest his arrival will fill the void left by João Vieira (ID: story) who moved to SAW.

aliStair previously played for FlyQuest from March to December 2024, and this signing marks their reunion after a year and a half. He spent seven months with FlyQuest, playing on 111 maps and participating in 2342 rounds, achieving an average rating of 1.02, and winning the 2024 ECL Atlanta championship with the team.

Besides FlyQuest, aliStair has also played for several top CS teams, including Corvidae, ASDF, Chiefs, ORDER, Renegades, Grayhound, Jeeves, SemperFi, and THUNDER dOWNUNDER. His most notable highlight was undoubtedly his fifth-place finish with Chiefs at the 2017 IEM Sydney.
