La Liga – Rafinha scores twice as Barcelona thrashes Elche 5-0

The second round of the 2026/27 La Liga season featured another key match, with Barcelona, playing away, defeating Elche 5-0 thanks to goals from Rafinha, Adyemi, and Fermín.

Six minutes into the game, Barcelona launched an attack. Eric Garcia made a long pass, and Yamal followed up and entered the penalty area, but his shot went wide.

In the 86th minute, Elche striker Ponce received a pass from Lucas Sepeda and ran into the penalty area to shoot, but the ball was easily caught by Barcelona goalkeeper Joan García.

Ultimately, Barcelona secured a resounding 5-0 victory over Elche away from home, earning three points.
