Pedro Neto: This was a very tough away game, with a high overall pace and intensity.

After contributing an assist in Portugal's victory over Norway, Pedro Neto gave a post-match interview and shared his feelings about the game.  

Pedro Neto said: "It was a very tough away game. The opponent was not only strong overall, but also had outstanding individual players. The pace and intensity of the game were very high. They used high pressing on the field, and we dealt with that tactic very well."  

"They were playing at home, so they did have more control of the game at times. However, we showed enough resilience. We scored a goal that made it 3-1, which could have been a great boost for the team, but it was disallowed. Overall, it was a very good team performance."  

"The further our defense and formation went forward, the more opportunities we had to regain possession in the attacking third. Near the end of the first half, they had a numerical advantage in certain areas, but we made timely adjustments in the second half. After the break, we intensified our pressing and optimized some details, ultimately playing a very good game."  

“At certain stages of the game, we could have taken control of the ball and gained more control of the situation. But playing away from home, it was indeed difficult to maintain that level of play.”
