Official: 1win rifleman Hobbit officially joins PARIVISION

Russian CS2 team PARIVISION announced on Thursday the official signing of 1win rifler Abai Khasyonov (ID: HObbit). He will replace Vyacheslav Vinokurov (ID: slaxejezzz) in the starting lineup, while Vinokurov has been relegated to the bench.

For Hobbit, this signing means the two sides are teaming up again after two months. He briefly joined PARIVISION on loan this summer and helped the team reach the XSE Guangzhou finals.

Following the completion of the transfer, PARIVISION CEO Andrei Kvasnevsky stated, "The recent tournaments we've participated in indicate that we are still in the adjustment phase and far from our best. Experience is especially important when we need to adapt to changing situations. That's why we need to add more experience to our squad."

As for 18-year-old slaxejezzz, PARIVISION is not currently considering selling him. Kvasnevski stated clearly in a statement: "I want to thank Vyacheslav for his hard work and dedication in every match. At this stage, getting more playing time is crucial for his development. Therefore, we are willing to listen to loan offers that will allow him consistent playing time and continued improvement."

"To be clear, we have no intention of selling Vyacheslav. He remains a member of PARIVISION and we consider him part of our future plans."

The 32-year-old Hobbit hails from Kazakhstan and has played for several top CS teams throughout his career, including PARTY, Tengri, Gambit, HellRaisers, Winstrike, Gambit.Y, and Cloud9. He has also won numerous prestigious titles with Gambit and Cloud9, including the 2017 PGL Krakow Major, the IEM Season 15 Global Finals, the IEM Season 16 Summer Finals, the 2021 BLAST Spring Finals, and the 2022 IEM Dallas.

In July 2024, Hobbit officially joined 1win. He was relegated to the bench after only a year and a half with 1win, during which time he played a total of 333 maps and participated in 7317 rounds, with an average personal rating of 1.14.
