César Pesciotto admitted that the team's performance deserved recognition, but the result was indeed disappointing.

Cesar Peschoto praised Wolves' performance against Everton away from home, though the team ultimately suffered a disappointing 0-1 defeat. Meanwhile, Raul Jimenez's early departure due to injury in the first half was a major disappointment. Wolves initially showed promise at Hill Dickinson Stadium, but the Mexican striker's injury added a layer of disappointment to the night.  

Despite Wolves conceding a late goal and suffering a disappointing defeat, Cesar Peschoto still saw several positives in the team's performance. He made nine changes to the starting lineup compared to the previous Championship match, and the players who got playing time proved their abilities, further boosting his confidence in the team's overall squad depth.  

After the match, Cesar Pesciotto said: "I acknowledge the team's performance in the game, but the final result is indeed unsatisfactory. The players performed very well and maintained a good overall cohesion throughout the match. We know very well that playing away against a Premier League team is no easy task, but the team fought hard from start to finish and maintained sufficient competitiveness. If some details had been handled better, the game could have had a more favorable result for us."  

"As the game progressed into the final stages, the challenges became even greater for us, as Konan, Bergard, and Bertrand were all making their first appearances of the season. We brought them on to help them accumulate playing time. Of course, our goal was always to win, but we also wanted to use this opportunity to give more players experience, thereby further refining the squad and providing more options for the future. I think the players did a very good job, but ultimately we couldn't secure the victory, and the loss of Raúl Jiménez was undoubtedly a loss for the team, as he is a very important player."
