In the fourth round of the 2026/27 Serie A season, Roma defeated Torino 2-0 away, securing their fourth consecutive victory. Although they are tied with Inter Milan on 12 points, they remain at the top of the table due to a superior goal difference.

Roma took the initiative from the start, threatening Torino's goal multiple times. In the 11th minute, Mario Hermoso crossed from the left at a 45-degree angle, and Donyell Malen's close-range header went just over the bar. In the 22nd minute, Emanuele Luli crossed from the right wing, and Saul Coco's clearance nearly resulted in an own goal.
