Al-Qadsiah complete the signings of Mahamadou Sangaré and Suleman Sani from Manchester City and RB Leipzig respectively..

Al-Qadsiah announced on their official website on Saturday that the club has signed France U18s international forward Mahamadou Sangaré and Nigeria U21s international winger Suleman Sani from Manchester City and RB Leipzig, respectively.

According to the Saudi Pro League club's official statement, both Sangaré and Sani have signed on three-year deals with the club which will run until the summer of 2029.

About Mahamadou Sangaré

Mahamadou Sangaré, who is only still 19 years old, was born on March 6, 2007, in Dionkoulané, Mali. He is 1.78 meters tall. He primarily plays as a center-forward but can also playing as a right winger and holds dual citizenship with Mali and France.

Sangaré spent his early years in the youth academies of various French non-league clubs before joining the Paris Saint-Germain youth academy in 2023.

During his two-year spell with Les Parisiens, Sangaré won the French U19s league title twice with the club's U19s squad and even claimed the UEFA Youth League Golden Boot award once.

In 2025, Sangaré joined Manchester City's youth academy and began representing their U21s squad that same summer.

Last season, Sangaré made 25 appearances across all competitions for the Premier League giants' U21s team, scored 12 goals and provided 2 assists.

About Suleman Sani

Suleman Sani, who is only still 20 years old, was born on September 1, 2006, in Nigeria. He is 1.75 meters tall and primarily plays as a right winger but can also play as a left winger.

Sani spent his early years in the youth academy of the local Nigerian club Wikki Tourists before moving to Akwa United's youth academy in 2024, where he would complete Akwa United his first-team debut by coming on as a substitute in February of that same year. 

In July of the same year, Sani joined Trenčín for a fee of €25,000.

During his year-and-a-half stint at Trenčín, Sani’s outstanding performances attracted the attention of Bayer Leverkusen and Tottenham Hotspur.

In January 2026, Sani joined RB Leipzig for €5 million, becoming the most expensive player ever sold by Trenčín.

However, due to injury issues during his six-month stint at Leipzig, Sani did not make a single appearance for the Bundesliga powerhouse.
