Baili Shouyue is relegated to a supporting role, and Bian Que and Haiyue are reduced to mere accessories. A character who has been lurking for many years leaps up against the blood moon, his giant claws climbing onto his enemies, weeping blood. Dressed in a black leather jacket with deep red hair, his majestic and mysterious aura is unmatched even by the limited edition series.

Of the four players, three maintained a win rate above 50%, while Lan remained stagnant at around 47%. Why would the developers invest more resources in him? The sales of the "Chasing Flowers Back to the Sea" skin are the best proof. If it weren't for a version update, it wouldn't have been able to dethrone him from the rankings. He has a huge player base and a loyal fanbase that supports his data. It's undeniably fun; the satisfaction of killing targets, whether in high-ranking matches or ranked games, is indescribable. The existence of skins is precisely to optimize the experience. Legendary quality skins cost money, and limited-edition skins aren't free-to-play. Lottery gacha pulls are something only dedicated players would participate in. In the end, where did the money go? To the epic Bounty Hunter skin.

Bounty Hunter: Cheap stuff is obsolete

Initially, before the legendary release, the Epic version was everyone's choice. It was affordable and had been available for a long time, consistently ranking high on the bestseller list. The mecha style and mechanical shark gave it a heavy metallic feel, and combos were smooth. The electrical effects were a plus. The downside was that the feel was a bit heavy. After experiencing the lightness of the "Flower Returns to the Sea" version, people couldn't go back to the cheaper Epic version. It used to be a true love, but now it's just a transitional item. Everyone believed there were better options. Now, finally, we've got the Fog Shadow Wolf Soul. It's simple, stylish, and a free item with zero cost. Finally, an era has come to an end.

Aside from the extra 10 attack power, the Bounty Hunter doesn't seem to have any advantages in the Chinese server. It abandons the mecha, dons a Western classical style, changes the scimitar weapon into a giant wolf claw on the right arm, and has a four-form Wolfish ultimate skill. The entrance performance, the flashing poster, and the special effects attributes make this set of designs far superior to Amber Era.

Based on current aesthetic trends and the successful collaboration with Lord of the Unseen, it seems that classical styles are becoming increasingly popular, while traditional Chinese style and mechanical design are conservative and easily forgotten.
