Counter Strike 2: FUT completes contract extension with In-Game Leader Krabeni..

Emerging Turkish Counter Strike 2 (CS2) club FUT, announced via its official X (Twitter) account on Wednesday that they have renewed the contract of its In-Game Leader (IGL), Krabeni.

According to reports from HLTV, rumours had previously been circulated, which claimed that Krabeni was not among the players initially slated for contract extensions. Likely realizing that such speculation was causing alarm among fans, the club moved quickly and smoothly to negotiate a new deal with him.

With this contract extension, Krabeni becomes the fourth player on the FUT roster to secure his future with the team.

Just two weeks ago, FUT finalized contract extensions for two riflers — dem0n and dziugss — as well as head coach coolio.

As FUT clearly aims to solidify its position as the world's sixth-ranked team, AWPer cmtry is now the only remaining player from the original NAVI Junior academy cohort still on his initial contract.

Notably, FUT signed xfl0ud during the off-season to replace lauNX, a move intended to bolster the team's secondary leadership capabilities.

This roster change ultimately helped propel the team to the grand final of the Esports World Cup.

Looking ahead, FUT will be hoping to ride the momentum of Krabeni's contract extension as they challenge for the title at the PGL Masters Bucharest.
