Counter Strike 2: Former BIG ace In-Game Leader Krimbo officially joins Ninjas in Pyjamas (NiP) on-loan..

Ninjas in Pyjamas (NiP), the Chinese-Swedish esports team owned by Mario Ho, son of the late Macau casino tycoon Stanley Ho, announced on Wednesday via its official X  (Twitter) account that former BIG ace In-Game Leader Krimbo, has joined their Counter Strike 2 (CS2) team on-loan.

According to NiP's official statement, Krimbo will play for the team on-loan until the end of the year.

This news marks the end of the numerous obstacles the team encountered in finding a new In-Game Leader. 

Previously, NiP announced that due to the highly inconsistent performance of their former in-game leader, Snappi, they were considering parting ways with him, and Snappi himself had expressed his desire to take on another position.

Since then, NiP has considered re-signing LNZ as Snappi's primary replacement, but the player, who only recently moved from HEROIC to MIBR in early 2026, has shown no interest in returning to NiP.

It's worth mentoning that this is Ninjas in Pyjamas (NiP)'s second roster change since the start of the Summer Split.

Previously, Ukrainian rifler cairne was relegated to the bench in early July before transferring to the storied powerhouse Fnatic.

His position is currently being temporarily filled by n0te as a stand-in, who was promoted from the academy team to the main roster.

The 23-year-old Krimbo entered the professional scene in March 2022 through the BIG Academy and played for the German team until he was relegated to the bench in October 2025.

During his nearly year-long relegation, Krimbo only made a brief appearance for Liquid in three matches during the first stage of the Intel Extreme Masters (IEM) Krakow. During this time, he defeated the team he was on loan to, but was eliminated after losing to G2 and FUT.

During his time with BIG, he averaged a rating of 1.10 and participated in three Major tournaments between 2022 and 2024, reaching the Legends stage all three times.
