Ukrainian winger Mudreik has officially joined Tottenham Hotspur on loan.

Tottenham Hotspur have officially announced the signing of 25-year-old Ukrainian international striker Mykhailo Mudryk on loan from Chelsea for one season.

This transfer also facilitated a reunion between Mudek and his former mentor, Roberto De Zerbi. After completing the signing, Mudek expressed his excitement in an interview: "It feels fantastic, and I can't wait to start training with the team and play."

“I’m incredibly excited to reunite with Coach De Zerbi. I can bring speed and creativity to the team and hope to contribute on both ends of the court, bringing passion to the fans. We have a strong roster here, and I’m really looking forward to playing alongside my new teammates.”

Head coach De Zerbi also has high hopes for this signing. The two had previously worked successfully together at Shakhtar Donetsk. De Zerbi stated that he knows Mudryk's technical characteristics well, and that his individual breakthroughs and explosiveness have the potential to break the deadlock in an instant. The coaching staff will do their best to help him regain his peak form.

Mudreik first distinguished himself at Shakhtar Donetsk, winning the club's Player of the Year award twice and being named Ukrainian Footballer of the Year in 2022. After moving to the Premier League in January 2023 to join Chelsea, he made 73 appearances for the team, directly contributing to 21 goals.

At the national team level, Mudreik has made 28 appearances for the Ukrainian senior team, scoring 3 goals. Mudreik's addition will greatly enrich Tottenham's attacking options on both flanks.
