Oliver Glasner admitted it was disappointing to not get 3 points, but the players' performance deserved recognition.

Nottingham Forest manager Oliver Glasner was slightly disappointed with his team's 2-2 draw away to Liverpool. Nottingham Forest twice took the lead, with goals from Dan Ndoye and Morgan Gibbs-White. However, Liverpool twice equalized through goals from Alexander Isak and Victor Muñoz, ultimately resulting in a draw. For Nottingham Forest, who had dominated the game, this result was clearly not entirely satisfactory.  

This draw gave Nottingham Forest their first point of the season after their home defeat to Leeds United, and also extended their unbeaten run at Anfield for the past three seasons.
