Jinan RW Xia defeated Nantong Hero Jiu Jing 4-1, successfully advancing to the next round.

In the first round (D2) of the loser's bracket of the 2026 KPL Summer Playoffs, Nantong Hero JiuJing and Jinan RW Xia engaged in a fierce battle. After five games, Jinan RW Xia, with a more stable performance, defeated Nantong Hero JiuJing 4-1 and successfully advanced to the next round. In the fifth game, Jinan RW Xia once fell behind, but Xiao Yu (Zhou Yu) played Goya and made a crucial defense, achieving a pentakill in the team fight, helping the team to complete the comeback and ultimately win the game. He was also selected as the MVP of this game.  

After the start of the match, Jinan RW Xia quickly got into the game and actively sought offensive opportunities. Two minutes into the game, Mengxi (Li Wenbao), playing Su Lie, decisively pushed back, cooperating with his teammates to successfully kill Angela, giving Jinan RW Xia the first blood. However, at six minutes, Jinan RW Xia's Yuanliu (tank) lost a point, and Nantong Hero Jiujing seized the opportunity to gradually stabilize the situation. The pace of the game began to change, and the economic gap between the two sides narrowed.  

Eight minutes into the game, Nantong Hero JiuJing seized an opportunity to initiate a team fight. Tanran (Sun Linwei) charged into the fray with Guan Yu, successfully disrupting Jinan RW Xia's formation and creating space for his teammates to deal damage. Subsequently, JiuXi (Ao Yu SiHan)'s Angela secured consecutive kills, helping Nantong Hero JiuJing achieve a 4-for-1 team fight advantage and subsequently destroying the mid-lane tower. With this victory in the team fight, Nantong Hero JiuJing gained control of the game, and the momentum began to clearly shift in their favor.  

Ten minutes into the game, Jinan RW Xia began trying to stem their decline. Jin Yu's Yun Ying successfully stole the Shadow Tyrant at a crucial moment, and then Jinan RW Xia secured another kill, taking down Nantong Hero Jiu Jing's Yuan Liu Zhi Zi (tank), gradually regaining their rhythm. In the 14th minute, the game took a crucial turn. Nantong Hero JiuJing eliminated three players from Jinan RW Xia and prepared to further extend their lead. At this critical moment, Xiao Yu (Zhou Yu) executed a miraculous defense with Goya, achieving a five-kill streak with precise micro-management. This not only successfully thwarted Nantong Hero JiuJing's attack but also helped Jinan RW Xia quickly regain the economic lead. This crucial team fight became a pivotal moment in the game's trajectory.  

In the 16th minute, Jinan RW Xia initiated a crucial team fight in the mid-lane, achieving a 4-0 exchange thanks to their excellent teamwork, turning the tide of the game and regaining the initiative. Jinan RW Xia then pressed their advantage, pushing forward and destroying all three of Nantong Hero JiuJing's high ground towers, ultimately taking down the crystal to complete the comeback victory. Thanks to their outstanding performance in the decisive game, Jinan RW Xia ultimately defeated Nantong Hero JiuJing 4-1, successfully advancing to the next round.
