Juventus goalkeeper Di Gregorio has joined Bournemouth on loan and will wear the number 20 jersey.

Bournemouth announced on Tuesday that they have reached an agreement with Juventus for the loan signing of Michel Di Gregorio. Di Gregorio will play for Juventus until the end of the 2026/27 season, with an option to buy for €14.2 million.

According to Juventus' official statement, the base loan fee for this deal is €1.3 million. Bournemouth will also be required to pay up to €800,000 in performance-related bonuses if the player achieves certain targets.

The 29-year-old Di Gregorio came through Inter Milan's youth academy and played for several clubs early in his career, including Renate, Novara, Poldnone, and Monza. At Monza, he gradually developed into one of the best young Italian goalkeepers, contributing 51 clean sheets in 144 appearances across all competitions.

In July 2025, Di Gregorio transferred to Juventus for €14.3 million. To date, he has made 84 appearances for the Bianconeri, keeping 36 clean sheets.

Speaking about joining Bournemouth, Di Gregorio said: "I'm very happy to be here. This is a very important moment for me, so I think joining Bournemouth was the right decision."

Bournemouth's Chief Operating Officer, Thiago Pinto, commented: "Michel is a goalkeeper of exceptional quality with invaluable experience in top-level competitions. He has consistently proven his ability in Serie A and European competitions, and we believe he will be a key player in our squad."

The club also confirmed that Di Gregorio will wear the number 20 jersey during his loan spell.
