1. Stephen Curry ( 6743 assists)
Curry joined the Warriors in 2009 with the 7th overall pick. After an early period of development, he led the team back to the playoffs in the 2012-13 season. During his 17 years with the Warriors, he averaged 6.3 assists per game, reaching a career high of 8.5 in 2014 , and helped the team win four championships in eight years.
2. Draymond Green ( 5324 assists)
Draymond Green, selected by the Warriors in the second round of the 2012 draft, became the core of the team's dynasty thanks to his all-around abilities. After winning the championship in 2015 , he officially became a starter and averaged 7.4 assists per game the following season . During his 14 years with the Warriors, he averaged 5.6 assists per game.
3. Guy Rodgers ( 4855 assists)
Rogers played eight seasons with the Warriors , averaging 8.3 assists per game. In 1963 , he averaged 10.4 assists per game and was selected to his first All-Star game, followed by two more selections.
4. Tim Hardaway ( 3926 assists)
Hardaway joined the Warriors in 1989 as the 14th overall pick. He was known for his signature crossover dribble and excellent passing ability. He played for the Warriors for 6 seasons, averaging 9.3 assists per game and was selected to the All-Star team three times.
5. Rick Barry ( 3247 assists)
Barry joined the San Francisco Warriors as the second overall pick in 1965 and led the team to the championship in 1975. During his time with the Warriors, he averaged 5.1 assists per game, and in the 1975 playoffs, he averaged 30.6 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 6.2 assists per game.
