Lacroix hopes to have a great season with the fans.

The 2026/27 Premier League season will kick off with a West London derby, as Chelsea travel to Craven Cottage to face Fulham. French defender Lacroix has expressed his excitement to represent the Blues in this derby and his hope to have a fantastic season with the fans.

The 26-year-old Lacroix previously played for Crystal Palace, contributing one goal and two assists in the 2025/26 Premier League season, and two goals in the European Championship. In addition, Lacroix was included in the 26-man squad for the 2026 World Cup.

In an earlier friendly match, Chelsea defeated Real Sociedad 3-1 after goals from Morgan Rodgers and João Pedro.
