Napoli announced on their official website on Thursday that Catanzaro's Italy international right wing-back Constantino Favasuli has joined the club on-loan.

According to the Serie A giants' official statement, Favasuli will play for the club on-loan until the end of the new season, with a mandatory buy-out clause included in the loan agreement.

About Constantino Favasuli

The 22-year-old Constantino Favasuli was born on April 26, 2004, in Reggio Calabria, Italy. He is 1.78 meters tall and primarily plays as a right wing-back, but can also play as a left wing-back, right midfielder, or left midfielder.

Favasuli joined Fiorentina's youth academy at the age of 10. After being promoted to the first-team in 2023, he was immediately loaned-out to Ternana, before completing his first-team debut in a Coppa Italia match in August of the same year.

In the summer of 2024, Favasuli joined Bari on-loan.

After his contract expires in the summer of 2025, Favasuli will join Catanzaro as a free agent.

Last season, Favasuli made 42 appearances for the Serie B club in all competitions, scoring 2 goals and providing 9 assists.
