RBLS official statement: Portuguese rifler TMKj has been relegated to the bench.

RBLS’s CS2 team announced on Wednesday that Portuguese rifler Thiago Martins (ID: TMKj) has been relegated to the bench, effective immediately.

Regarding this adjustment, RBLS stated in a press release: "Since joining RBLS, Thiago has demonstrated what the highest level of competition truly means. His professionalism, dedication in every training session, and commitment to the team have never wavered. His performance while wearing our jersey will forever be etched in our hearts."

The 20-year-old TMKj previously played for CS teams such as GTZ, SQUAD, and Rhyno, and won a runner-up title with Rhyno in the RTP Arena Cup, the 12th season of the Portuguese Masters League, the 5th season of the RES European Series, and the 2024 World Esports Championship. Since joining RBLS in September 2025, he has played a total of 136 maps and participated in 2930 rounds across various competitions, with an average personal rating of 1.00.

TMKj's removal from the main roster signifies a major setback for RBLS's strategy to reclaim their place in the Iberian Peninsula esports scene. Last July, they decided to part ways with their original team, Paloma, and instead formed an all-Portuguese CS2 team around players like TMKj.

However, RBLS's team-building plan has not progressed smoothly. To date, they have only won two C-level titles in the Portuguese Masters League seasons 17 and 18.

After some personnel adjustments, the current RBLS roster is tentatively set as follows:

Rifleman: Diogo Cruz (ID: Icarus)

Commander/Sniper: Renato Gonçalves (ID: stadodo)

Coach: João Horvy (ID: horvy)
