Carafiori, who helped Arsenal get off to a dream start, said, "I was a little surprised that I was able to receive the ball. When I ran up there, I was just thinking about receiving the ball, but Lewis Skelly's pass was fantastic, so the ball was actually easy to handle, and then I just had to figure out how to put it into the goal."

"It's really crazy to have three defenders working together. It shows everyone our style and tactical intentions. It doesn't matter who's in which position, the players must fulfill their responsibilities."

It's worth mentioning that Zolis, who recently joined Arsenal, contributed two assists in this match, while new signing Guimarães also delivered a brilliant performance.

When asked why the new signings were able to get into form so effectively, Calafiori shared, "I think it also has to do with how we welcome new players; they integrate into the team very easily. I had the same feeling when I joined the team."

“I must say, Zolis and Guimarães have been outstanding. Guimarães is the newest signing, and I really like his performance.”
