Lu Yana's first-day performance was astonishing, and it's unclear when she'll be nerfed. It's estimated that the developers won't make any changes easily, so players should take advantage of the summer season to enjoy her and quickly reach the highest rank. It's believed that in the near future, this marksman has the potential to become a leader in the national server's combat power; all that's needed is a new skin to optimize her gameplay.
The Ringblade is well-suited for the Orb of Despair build. Its first skill, Deadly Fang, grants a Ringblade upon activation and allows the user to vault over walls for 6 seconds. This agility is clearly inferior to the Night Dragon form, and even to Lysio's jumping ability. In the hands of a skilled player, this terrain-ignoring skill is perfect for prolonged, attrition-based battles. It can be used at any time within the 6 seconds, and attacking from a wall is also possible, as the user will fall after about 2 seconds. This ability can be used against base crystals and turrets; it's recommended to utilize thicker walls for movement, speed, and more. Think of it as a wall-jumping sprint boot; rolling and somersaults, considering the animation delay, make it less agile than Luyana.
The second skill, Serpent's Kiss Assault, is best explained in the training camp tutorial: it releases a fire serpent in a designated direction, knocking back and pulling enemies closer for the first two seconds, dealing magic damage to the target and inflicting a 2-second slow. The faster the attack speed, the faster the release speed, clearly a control skill for keeping enemies in place and beating them up. It has the Ring Blade passive, which allows the second skill to cut; otherwise, it will return 25% of the cooldown. The small skills are closely related to the passive, used for finishing off enemies or stunning them, depending on the situation.
Ring blade cutting, later on, one shot can hit 12 times with a single basic attack.
The skill "Wall Climbing" has a 12-hit combo specifically for scouting bushes. Without risking entering the bushes, it automatically cuts through any enemies, a crucial self-defense measure. The ultimate skill is the most obvious: a giant fire snake that blinds and damages for 1.5 seconds. Many use it as a silence skill, but the key is the 6-second buff, granting her a ring blade. Fire rain, magic damage, knock-up, and ring blade slashing all occur simultaneously. The blinding effect cannot block projectiles, but it can cause the skill's trajectory to deviate. While some marksmen can block, be immune to, or avoid damage, she might miss her opponent's bullets, especially with her diameter attacks. While Marco Polo's rapid fire and Tan's Heart skill do deal damage, the target might not be herself. Therefore, use it cautiously to avoid collateral damage.
It looks ordinary, but the essence of the entire skill mechanism lies in the ring blade cutting. In the late game, it automatically cuts 10 times within 6 seconds, with two ring blades and 12 basic attack damage. Considering the passive benefits of the Lightning Dagger and the Endless Blade, this area damage hits the opponent invisibly.
